Job Responsibilities

• Perform welding tasks on aluminum and other metal materials
• Follow blueprints and technical drawings to meet specifications
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
• Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure they meet quality standards
• Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations
• Assist in the fabrication and assembly of metal components
• Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues as they arise
• Participate in training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Less than 1 year of welding experience (entry-level position)
• basic understanding of welding techniques and procedures
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with different types of welding (MIG, TIG, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of metal fabrication processes
• Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
