Responsibilities:

• Accurately cut and prepare a variety of vegetables and fruits according to the specified standards.
• Ensure the freshness and quality of produce by adhering to hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain an efficient workflow in the cutting department.
• Monitor inventory levels of fruits and vegetables, notifying the supervisor when stock needs replenishing.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the cutting area, including proper disposal of waste.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow established protocols for handling and storing produce to prevent waste.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
• I have a passion for working with fruits and vegetables.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cutting and preparing produce.
• Effective communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays.
