Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service Excellence: Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients’ travel needs, offering personalized recommendations, and addressing inquiries.
• Itinerary Planning: Create detailed itineraries for clients, including transportation, accommodation, and activities, while considering budget constraints and preferences.
• Booking and Reservation: Facilitate reservations for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Destination Knowledge: Stay updated on travel trends, visa requirements, and destination information to provide informed advice to clients.
• Problem Resolution: Effectively handle and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during travel, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Documentation: Ensure all necessary travel documents, including visas and passports, are obtained and organized for clients.
• Sales and Promotions: Promote travel packages, special deals, and other promotions to boost sales and meet business targets.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of experience in the travel industry (training will be provided for entry-level candidates).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
