Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently operate telephone switchboards to handle incoming, outgoing, and internal hotel calls.
• Provide prompt and courteous assistance to guests, connecting them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanour while handling all communication, ensuring a positive guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional communication skills in English, with proficiency in additional languages being an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with telephone systems.
• Job Location: Fujairah Emirate, United Arab Emirates
