Responsibilities:

• Professionally handle all incoming and outgoing calls, ensuring a courteous and efficient communication experience.
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or personnel, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the hotel’s layout and services.
• Provide accurate information to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, and promotions.
• Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and requests in a prompt and friendly manner.
• Maintain a log of all calls and ensure proper documentation of messages.
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.
• Uphold high standards of customer service, contributing to a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
