Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:

  • Keep accurate records of stock levels.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
  • Maintain organized storage areas to facilitate easy access and identification.

• Receiving and Dispatching Goods:

  • Check deliveries against purchase orders.
  • Inspect goods for damage or defects upon arrival.
  • Ensure timely dispatch of items to the appropriate departments or clients.

• Documentation and Reporting:

  • Prepare and maintain inventory reports.
  • The document received and dispatched goods accurately.
  • Handle inventory-related paperwork efficiently.

• Storage Optimization:

  • Arrange products to maximize storage space.
  • Implement best practices for space utilization and safety.
  • Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management.

• Quality Control:

  • Ensure stored items meet quality standards.
  • Report any quality issues to the relevant departments promptly.

• Coordination:

  • Work closely with procurement and sales teams.
  • Facilitate effective communication with suppliers and customers.

• Safety and Compliance:

  • Adhere to safety protocols in the storage area.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

• Experience:

  • Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Training will be provided for suitable candidates with no experience.

• Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of inventory management software.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
