Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging and creative content for various social media platforms, aligning with the company’s brand identity.
  • Social Media Management: Monitor and manage the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent and effective communication with the online community.
  • Campaign Execution: Collaborate with marketing teams to execute social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to optimize strategies.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a positive online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms to propose innovative strategies.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Less than 1 year of experience in social media management. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Creativity: Strong creative and visual skills with the ability to generate unique and compelling content.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
  • Tech-savvy: Familiarity with social media scheduling tools, and analytics platforms, and a quick learner of new technologies.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
