Key Responsibilities:

• Surveillance and Monitoring: Maintain a vigilant watch over the premises through CCTV cameras and regular patrols to detect and prevent any security breaches.
• Access Control: Monitor and control access to the property, ensuring that only authorized individuals enter the premises.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, taking appropriate actions and reporting incidents to the relevant authorities.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing inquiries while maintaining a professional demeanour.
• Reporting: Document and report any suspicious activities, incidents, or violations of company policies.
• Patrols and Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify potential security risks and take corrective actions.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Basic knowledge of security operations and procedures.

Skills:

• Strong observational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Basic computer skills are needed for monitoring CCTV cameras.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position based in Sharjah, UAE.
• Rotational shifts may be required.

Compensation:
