Responsibilities:

• Surveillance: Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, ensuring a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

• Emergency Response: Act swiftly and efficiently in response to emergencies, including but not limited to fire, medical incidents, or security threats.
• Customer Service: Provide a friendly and approachable presence, assisting guests and colleagues as needed while maintaining a professional demeanour.
• Report Writing: Document incidents, accidents, and any unusual activities, preparing detailed and accurate reports for review by management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role (training will be provided).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle emergencies with composure.
• Physical fitness and stamina for regular patrols and standing for extended periods.
• Understanding of basic security principles and practices.
