Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Maintain effective communication within the team.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain documents, records, and files. Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and presentations.

  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
