Job Description:
LEAMS Education Services (Gamma Holdings Ltd.) is seeking dedicated and responsible individuals to join our team as school bus attendants in Dubai. This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity for those who are passionate about working with children and ensuring their safety during transit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist students in boarding and disembarking the school bus safely.
- Ensure that all students are seated and secured properly before the bus begins its route.
- Monitor student behaviour and maintain order on the bus.
- Provide assistance to the bus driver in managing student conduct and addressing any issues that arise during transit.
- Support students with special needs, ensuring they receive appropriate care and attention.
- Perform regular checks to ensure all safety equipment is functional, and report any issues to the bus driver or school administration.
- Communicate effectively with school staff and parents regarding any concerns or incidents involving students during transportation.
- Maintain a clean and organized bus environment, including assisting with cleaning duties as necessary.
Qualifications and skills:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well with children of various ages.
- A responsible and patient demeano, with a strong focus on safety.
- A basic understanding of first aid is an advantage.
