Job Description:

Vet Plus Center, a leading veterinary facility in Sharjah, is urgently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a receptionist. As the first point of contact for our clients, the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors: Welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression of Vet Plus Center.
  • Answering Calls: Manage incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate department and taking messages when necessary.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate appointments for clients and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
  • Client Registration: Assist in the registration of new clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is collected.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handling Inquiries: Respond to client inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email, providing information about our services and assisting with general queries.

Qualifications:

  • Education: high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Less than 1 year of relevant experience is required. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Customer Service: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Multi-tasking: ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a calm demeanour in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn and navigate software systems.
