Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
  • Provide information to visitors and employees with a courteous and helpful attitude.
  • Handle inquiries and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry and document management.
  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, managing schedules efficiently.
  • Receive and sort daily mail and deliveries.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Proven experience of less than 1 year in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
