Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office.
• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises.
• Serve refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Hanthe photocopies, scanning, and filing of documents.
• Deliver documents and packages within the office or to other locations as needed.
• Manage office supplies and ensure they are adequately stocked.
• Support administrative staff with various tasks as assigned.
• Assist in setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are ready for use.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
• Ensure proper waste disposal and recycling practices are followed.
• Respond to staff requests promptly and efficiently.
• Assist with basic maintenance tasks around the office.

Skills and Qualifications:
