Position Overview:

We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Logistics Coordinators. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth operation of our logistics processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and monitor shipments from the point of origin to the final destination.
• Liaise with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure efficient transportation and delivery of goods.
• Track shipments and update relevant parties on shipment status.
• Prepare shipping documents and ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
• Resolve any issues or delays in shipments promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and other relevant documentation.
• Assist in the coordination of warehousing and distribution activities as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns from clients.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of experience in logistics or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of working with minimal supervision.
