As an IT support specialist at Car Center Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our IT systems and providing technical assistance to our staff. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the IT team to implement and maintain the network infrastructure.
• Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and servers.
• Respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or in person, offering timely and effective solutions.
• Ensure data security and integrity through regular backups and system updates.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
