Job Description:

As a Compliance Officer at Al Fahim Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the organization adheres to all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting regular audits to assess compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.
• Developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures.
• Keeping abreast of changes in laws and regulations that may impact the organization.
• Collaborating with different departments to ensure that compliance-related issues are addressed promptly.
• Providing training and guidance to employees on compliance matters.
• Investigating and resolving compliance concerns and issues.

Qualifications:

• Less than 1 year of experience in compliance or a related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong understanding of relevant laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.
