Key Responsibilities:

• Debt Recovery: Efficiently handle the collection of outstanding payments from tenants and clients through various communication channels.
• Negotiation: Engage in effective negotiation strategies to reach mutually beneficial agreements with debtors, ensuring optimal debt recovery.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities, adhering to company policies and legal requirements.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service during the collection process, addressing inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Reporting: Generate regular reports on collection activities, delinquencies, and other relevant metrics for management review.
