Responsibilities:

• Assist in the collection of outstanding debts from clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all collections activities.
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding payment arrangements and overdue accounts.
• Prepare reports on collection activities as required.
• Work closely with the finance team to reconcile accounts.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
