Grand Signature Contracting is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to fill the position of civil foreman in Dubai. As a civil engineer, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating construction projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Plan and schedule daily activities, allocate resources effectively, and monitor progress throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with the project management team to address any issues, changes, or delays that may arise during construction.
• Guide construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring a smooth workflow and adherence to project specifications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, including daily reports, inspections, and progress updates.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment for all personnel on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensure the quality of workmanship.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
