Responsibilities:

• Security Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security and safety of the building premises.
• Access Control: Monitor and control access points, verifying the identity of individuals entering the premises.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergencies, such as fire alarms or security breaches.
• Reporting: Document any irregularities, incidents, or suspicious activities and report them to the appropriate authorities.
• Customer Service: Provide assistance and information to residents, guests, and visitors when needed.
• Maintenance Checks: Conduct routine checks to identify and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.

Qualifications:
