Responsibilities:

As a back office sales executive, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the sales team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Providing excellent customer service through phone and email communication.
• Handling and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinating with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
• Maintaining and updating customer databases.
• Generating reports and analyzing sales data.
• Assisting in the preparation of sales presentations and proposals.
• Collaborating with different departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Handling general administrative tasks as required.
