Responsibilities:

• Financial Data Entry: Accurately input financial data into accounting software and maintain organized records.
• Invoice Processing: Assist in processing invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Expense Tracking: Monitor and track expenses to support budgetary control.
• Assist in Audits: Collaborate with the finance team during internal and external audits.
• Support Senior Accountants: Work closely with senior accountants to ensure financial processes are efficient and accurate.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
