Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team members and management.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and ensure documentation is up-to-date.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other relevant documents.
  • Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Perform general office duties, including photocopying, scanning, and faxing.
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory levels.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Less than 1 year of relevant work experience is required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in the work.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently.
