Responsibilities:

• Financial Data Entry:
  • Accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
  • Maintaining and updating financial records in accordance with company policies.
• Account Reconciliation:
  • Reconcile and verify discrepancies in financial documents and reports.
  • Ensure all financial statements are accurate and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Budget Management:
  • Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
  • Provide support in identifying and controlling budget variances.
• Financial Reporting:
  • Generate financial reports for management review.
  • Summarize current financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports.
• Compliance:
  • Stay informed about current legislation relating to finance and accounting.
  • Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications:

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  • Less than 1 year of professional accounting experience.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Skills:
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
