Key Responsibilities

• Student Supervision:

  • Ensure the safety and discipline of students on the bus.
  • Assist students with boarding and alighting from the bus.
  • Monitor student behavior during transit and address any issues promptly.

• Safety Compliance:

  • Enforce safety protocols and guidelines for student transportation.
  • Conduct routine safety checks and report any concerns to the bus driver or management.
  • Provide emergency assistance in case of accidents or health-related issues.

• Communication:

Qualifications and Skills

• Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Experience:

  • Less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role or working with children is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a transportation or educational setting is a plus.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures.
