Responsibilities:

• Safely and responsibly operate the company vehicle to transport staff members to and from various destinations, including meetings, events, and appointments.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers and pedestrians at all times.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the company vehicle, conducting regular inspections and routine maintenance as needed.
• Assist with the loading and unloading of luggage, packages, and other items as required.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to passengers, including helping with boarding and disembarking the vehicle.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and maintenance activities.
• Report any accidents, incidents, or vehicle issues to management promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the office.

Requirements:

• Valid UAE driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of driving experience is required, making this position ideal for entry-level candidates.
• Familiarity with the roads and traffic patterns in Dubai is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening or weekend shifts as needed.
• Must be able to legally work in the UAE.
