Job Responsibilities:

• Showcase properties to potential clients and negotiate favourable terms on behalf of buyers and sellers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and other industry professionals.
• Prepare and present property listings and marketing materials to attract potential clients.
• Stay informed about market prices, financing options, and legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Less than 1 year of experience in the real estate industry (training will be provided).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is a plus.
