Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, patients, and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front office area.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Coordinate appointments and scheduling for clients and staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Provide general support to the administrative team.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
